Returns & Exchanges

At Balabala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Balabala account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
